Awesome burgers and friendly vibes!
We grabbed a bite to eat and the burgers were fab! Loved the mushroom & goat cheese one. Service was quick and the chips were proper crispy—definitely not fries! Only thing is, the ambiance could've been a bit cozier. All in all, a fun spot to chill after exploring.

The Deluxe King Room offered a great ambiance and comfort with quirky decor and a huge bathroom, although a thin duvet might not be ideal for colder months. Service was fine, but breakfast could take time to arrive, and noise from the pub may disturb some guests.

missingWrote a review on 06 Juncharacterful pubspacious roomsquirky decorcleanliness issue
The quirky character of this place stands out, with a cozy pub atmosphere that’s inviting after a day out. The rooms feature ample space, complemented by modern decor, and provide a restful environment despite proximity to a busy main road.
Breakfast service has its hiccups, with reported waits of up to 30 minutes, even during quieter periods, which can be a drag when you’re hungry. Carpet stains in the rooms around the tea-making area raise concerns about cleanliness. the dinner menu is a bit limited, with several items sold out by 8 PM, making dinner choice feel restrictive. the lack of a lift could be tough for travelers managing heavy luggage.

The staff really knew how to make everyone feel welcomed, and the food was genuinely tasty, exceeding my expectations for pub fare. The room was cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day exploring. a bit more soundproofing could enhance the experience, as some noise from the street was noticeable at times.
